Marison’s is a home-grown restaurant in Antipolo that offers a modern interpretation of Filipino comfort food without any shortcuts.
Marison (that’s the owner’s name!) used to be a lawyer for 35 years before she retired. In order to keep herself busy, she decided to pursue a different kind of business but soon realized her heart was in food. In 2013, the first branch of Marison’s opened in Vista Mall.
Everything has a personal touch. The restaurant is a result of Marison’s love for cooking and creating dishes at home that your own mom would cook. When you enter the restaurant, you’ll feel like you’re walking into Marison’s own house and though not literally, you can taste a piece of Marison in every bite. Make sure you try some of their best-sellers like Balut Tempura, Crispy Tripe Kare-Kare, Bagnet Chips, Sinaing na Buntot ng Tuna, and Fluffy Halo-Halo.
Bagnet Chips
Thin strips of pork liempo deep-fried into crunchy strips served with sinamak vinegar and your choice of Aligue Dip or Salsa
P.S. They even make their own bagoong and salted egg chips!
