Makati is always bustling with exciting new restaurants. From build-your-own concepts to hole in the wall spots, the city has become a go-to destination for food-lovers across the metro.
Along Esteban St. (made famous by spots like Your Local and Yardstick), a new concept has popped up—and it’s definitely a great choice for your next date or after-work cocktails.
Made Nice Supper Club – Legaspi Village
Made Nice Supper Club, or simply ‘Made Nice’, is a hip fusion restaurant hiding in Makati. It is an upscale concept with impressive aesthetics from interiors down to plating. The menu consists of ‘contemporary Western cuisine with Asian influences‘, as co-owner Gabbi Ramos Flores describes it.
Gabbi and her partners Jack Flores (her husband), Wren Go, Raulito Fores, and Toby Panlilio are all young entrepreneurs who first met during their college years in Enderun. Most of them spent their internships abroad, training under well-known chefs around Los Angeles, Paris, New York, and more.
Fun Fact: Chef Jack Flores worked in Daniel by Daniel Boulud, and Gabbi worked in Ladurée, both in New York.
The menu is concise and well thought-out, with innovative dishes from foie gras brioche to duck yolk pasta and more. All recipes are by the owners themselves, and everything is made in-house—even their ice cream!
Take note of these appetizers, especially the Agnolotti!
Carrot
Roasted carrots, sour cream, quinoa, toasted seeds
Agnolotti
Sweet corn, parmesan, truffle oil
Octopus
Grilled octopus, tonato, potatoes, greens
Foie Gras
Pan-seared foie gras, brioche, orange, caramel
For mains, their Beef dish is a definite must-try. It’s highly recommended by the owners as well!

Beef
350g USDA Prime Short Rib, Leeks, Red Wine, Potato Puree
Tagliolini
Handmade duck yolk pasta, pecorino, parmesan
Halibut
Halibut a la plancha, camote tops, mushrooms, dashi served with a side of rice
Pork
Roasted belly, tenderloin, eggplant puree, served with a side of tinutong rice
Lamb
Roasted lamb shoulder, arroz negro, aioli, onions
As far as sweets are concerned, Gabbi is in charge. The dessert selection is composed of recipes she crafted herself.
Fun fact: Gabbi is the daughter of Neil Ramos, the brains behind Alabang's popular Neil's Kitchen.
Milk Chocolate
Dense chocolate cake, dulce de leche, handcrafted malt ice cream
If you’re an adventurous cocktail drinker, you’ll be excited to see their unique list of drinks. All of which are Instagram-worthy as well! Their coffee selection was curated with the help of Department of Coffee, so go for a cup if you’re in need of some caffeine.
