Why not? Let’s break down Le Sucre Lab’s signature Chocolate Dreamcake, shall we? Encased in a copper tin can, the cake starts out at the bottom with a layer of ultra-moist chocolate cake, followed by a thick layer of ganache. Their ganache is then topped with a smooth and creamy custard, covered with chocolate shards, and dusted with rich cocoa powder.

Le Sucre Lab started as a pastry studio in 2017 in Sta. Ana, Manila, where people could learn about the art and science of baking. Later on, the dynamic duo behind the baking studio created their now-famed Dreamcake, and it has garnered much-deserved social media buzz from Instagram users, Youtubers, and food-related Facebook groups like “What’s Your Ulam Pare?” and “Let’s Eat Pare.”
Two years later, Le Sucre Lab has expanded its menu, serving up an assortment of Dreamcake flavors, a Bibingka Cheesecake, Premium Truffles, and many more!
