What is Knafeh Bar?
Knafeh traces its roots back to Middle East and is considered as a traditional dessert. It’s mainly made with kataifi, which is a phyllo dough shredded into thin, golden strands.
The knafeh chocolate bar, which is what we’re seeing everywhere, is a mix of kataifi, delicious Pistachio cream, and tahini all encased in chocolate.
Unfortunately, we can only get the OG kind from from Fix Dessert Chocolatier in Dubai. But the good news is, there are a handful of stores in Metro Manila that offer knafeh chocolate bars and treats for you to satisfy your cravings!

Bueno Barks
One of the most sought after shops for knafeh chocolate bars is Bueno Barks. Their Crunchy Kataifi Chocolate comes in flavors of Pistachio and Biscoff, which you can have in Milk, Dark, or White chocolate! The chocolate bars range from P675 to P725.

Czaczacza Cafe
While it’s true that knafeh chocolate can be a little pricey, at least we have a more affordable option that’s equally delicious thanks to Czaczacza Cafe’s Knafeh doughnuts! At P250 each, you can try their Pistachio or Biscoff variant. Fair warning, these treats sell out really fast so better note when they’ll offer it again!
