Ippudo’s newest creation shows its creativity while sticking to the restaurant’s strengths. Its signature broth is infused with dark pepper and charred garlic, giving it a unique smoky flavor.
The Kuro Ramen compliments its broth with its thick and wavy noodles alongside chashu, ajikurage, negi, and bean sprouts; typical of their classic ramen. Finally, it’s topped with black garlic oil adding even more depth to its flavor.
