Hole In The Wall is a modern and upscale food hall built for ‘good food gatherings’. It houses 13 new concept restaurants, from fresh garden salads to scrumptious desserts, that are sure to whet your appetites. It’s the best place for group of friends or families who have different dining preferences and can’t decide where and what to eat.
Last year, we said goodbye to Phobobo (and their 12-hour beef pho) and Kwong’s Provisions, a spin-off of popular Chinese chain, Spring by Ha Yuan. But their goodbyes also meant hello’s to, not 2, but 3 new vendors. Read and scroll until the end to find out who are replacing them.
Scout’s Honor
Scout’s Honor is a craft-your-own cookie concept served with flavored milk; it is the modern take on girl scout cookies. Aside from their craft cookies, they also serve hot-off-the-oven signature cookies, monster cookies, cookie tarts and other specialty desserts by Chef Miko Aspiras. Coffee served is from specialty cafe and roasters, EDSA Beverage Design Group.

Green Cheese
Green Cheese serves the ‘happiest cheesecake in the world’–light, fluffy and delicious. They started with just Japanese-style cheesecakes and puddings, but has now expanded their menu to include various matcha-infused cakes, ice cream and drinks.

Liberation Shawarma
From Chef JP Anglo of Sarsa comes Liberation Shawarma, a Middle Eastern food stall serving shawarma for the adventurous. Using 28 spices to season their meat, Liberation Shawarma offers beef and pork meat stuffed with vegetables and sauces in thick pitas.

The Beef
After much anticipation (being the last of the 11 pioneer stalls to open), The Beef is finally open and serves no frills classic burgers made with USDA ground beef placed between soft brioche buns with vegetables, cheddar cheese and a secret sauce. As they say it, if ‘the hamburger ain’t broken, don’t fix it.’

Bad Bird
Bad Bird specializes in fried chicken flavored with umami spices served with some Japanese & Korean inspired sides. Popular sides include their spiced fried rice and corn. Umami is actually Japanese for ‘pleasant savory taste’ and is widely coined as the 5th taste (categorically in line with salty, sweet, sour and bitter) because of its unique attributes, learn more about it here.

Mister Delicious
What started out as a food blog by Mr. Delicious himself, Jeremy Slagle, in 2011 has evolved into a full-fledged business that purveys cured and smoked meats and artisanal sundries.
