Hapag Heritage Cuisine serves traditional Filipino dishes such as kare-kare, kalderetang baka sa gata, beef morcon, and bagnet.

Unlike many restaurants nowadays, Hapag refuses to give in to the fusion food fad and so everything you’ll find on their menu is a traditional family recipe made from scratch, without MSG. No frills, no shortcuts.
Beef Morcon
Their beef morcon takes three days to marinade, stew, and roll. Now that’s a lot of love!
Kare-Kareng Baka
Hapag uses homemade adobong mani which is ground to create the base of the sauce. Kare-kare will never be the same.
Fun Fact: The restaurant was going to be named Angelina's after the owner's lola, the originator of Hapag's recipes.
Co-owner Julio Carlo Lara laments that the Filipino roots of cooking are being forgotten amidst all the competition in the food scene. Hapag wants to bring back the tradition of authentic Filipino cooking.
