A venue for your next eggsistential crisis
Green Pastures is a farm-to-table restaurant concept created by Chef Robby Goco of crowd-favorite Cyma. It promises to deliver locally-sourced and produced wholly organic dishes. It first opened in Shangri-la Plaza Mall in 2013 and then in Eastwood two years later.’
Fun Fact: The Green Pastures brand was inspired by Chef Robby's search for greener alternatives in the city.
Their third branch at the Net Quad in BGC is their first stand-alone restaurant. No longer restricted by mall hours, this is the only Green Pastures that serves breakfast!
“Breakfast is truly the most important meal. It provides the energy and nutrients you will need for the rest of the day. However, it is often overlooked.”
Insider Tip: The BGC branch is suited for solo diners and casual dates. Big groups can book the elevated area for a more private dining experience.
Green Pastures Breakfast Menu (8-11 AM)
Green Pastures goes back to basics, making everything from scratch– from their buttermilk pancakes down to the butterscotch syrup made with local organic honey.
Insider tip: Sorry ketchup lovers, Green Pastures doesn't offer the condiment. Instead, they serve homemade pepper jam.
The sourdoughs are fermented for five days and are served with jams and marmalades that are all house-made. Have a go at their version of our favorite breakfast sandwiches and course, Filipino breakfast bowls.
Fun Fact: Green Pastures' breakfast sandwiches use organic farm eggs and all-natural meats.
Instead of rice, Green Pastures uses cauliflower garlic rice for their Filipino Breakfast Bowls – it has zero carbs and is gluten free! (Don’t worry, you can ask your server to substitute your cauli-rice for garlic brown rice.)
Choose from Longganisa, Tapa and Tinapa.
Green Pastures is truly a haven for filling, delicious and guilt-free meals. It advocates for a healthier and more conscientious lifestyle and dining habit.
