Goto Believe is a newly-opened ‘gotohan’ with a unique concept in mind – affordable gourmet lugaw with a twist.
The owner, along with her cousin from the Kanto Group, started the concept with a shared interest in reinvented Filipino comfort food.
The ordering process is merely simple:
First, choose if you want your goto wet or dry. Wet can mean plain lugaw or you can add toppings such as tripe, tendons, and more. Dry, on the other hand, can be plain rice or a deconstructed lugaw made with rice cooked in goto broth and fried afterwards.
After that, you can choose your kind of egg if you want poached, scrambled, hard-boiled, and more. Then, choose your toppings (can be grilled or deep-fried) from options like isaw ng manok, tenga, and so on. Lastly, you can order a partner dish on the side such tokwa’t baboy or lumpia.

You can also try their OMG (Oh My Giant Goto) that comes with eight toppings – chicharong bulaklak, isaw ng manok, tenga, bituka ng manok, paa ng manok, hard-boiled egg, dilis, and crispy wanton wraps.
