Manam – O Square Building

Home of the best Sisig in Manila and a homegrown concept by The Moment Group, Manam specializes in serving up comfort Filipino food in classics and twists in small, medium and large portions perfect for any occasion. This fried rice includes fried eggs (yum!) and slices of beef (YUM!!!).

Mala Tang – Little Baguio

Mala Tang is a small Chinese restaurant hidden along the streets of Little Baguio.  Here you can make your own shabu-shabu sets where you can fully customize your meal starting from your toppings, noodles, and broth. They’re also known for their roasted duck, roasted pork, and char siu.

Bai Nian Tang Bao – Uptown Parade

Bai Nian Tang Bao is a soup dumpling specialty restaurant. They serve an array of Chinese fried rices, noodles, and hot dishes but people come for the soup dumplings. The best to go with any of their dumplings is their special sausage fried rice!

Teppan Okochi – One Square Building

Teppan Okochi is a fine dining Japanese restaurant by Grand Chef Akihiro Okochi of Osaka, Japan. They serve dishes like okonomiyaki, Hiroshima oyster teppanyaki, wagyu teppanyaki, and unagi. Anytime you order any of their steak sets or courses it comes with an assortment of sides, but our highlight here is the the rice which they fry up in the steak drippings and bits of steak, surely a dleicious treat!

Canton Road offers a modern touch to the traditional Cantonese food. This casual dining restaurant offers roasted barbecue meats, dim sum and family set meals. Their signature fried rice has all your favorite seafood goodies like sea urchin, shrimp, and Australian scallops.

Kanin Club – Scout Rallos St

Kanin Club started out as a humble restaurant in the province of Sta. Rosa, Laguna. One of their best-sellers is undeniably, the Sinangag na Sinigang–a Sinigang converted into fried rice. Their rice has that familiar “sinigang taste” in it,  but the addtion of tempura-fried vegetables and thin slices of pork belly give it a nice new twist. It’s so good— you have to try it to believe it!

Kko Kko – West Capitol Dr

Kko Kko is a modern Korean chicken house that uses traditional and contemporary recipes from owner Grace Lee and her mom. This one requires you to enjoy some noodles first! Order their Rabokki and after you’ve slurped it all up, you can upgrade and revive your “tira” to a rabokki fried rice. The upgrade comes with Korean rice, spicy Korean ham, sesame oil, and nori strips. They fry the rice in front of you or you can opt to mix it up yourself. This one’s worth it, trust us!
