Iba talaga ang lutong Pinoy!

The Philippines’ National Independence Day is coming up and there’s no better time to celebrate everything and anything Filipino.

Here at Booky, of course, we shift the focus to food! And though Philippine cuisine is ranked as the 19th best cuisine in the world by TasteAtlas, it will remain #1 in our hearts forever.

In this list, we want you to get the best of all Filipino cuisine has to offer, and what better way than a buffet where you have a variety of dishes to choose from?

Brasserie on 3 – Conrad Manila

Brasserie on 3 is Conrad Manila’s main restaurant that doesn’t only have a lovely view of SM Mall of Asia but also has open, spacious, and relaxing interiors as well as an extensive buffet and ala carte dishes from both Filipino and Western cuisine. From June 6 to 30, 2022, they are celebrating the ‘Flavors of the Philippines’ with a Filipino feast led by Executive Sous Chef Patricia Mesina.
