For a limited time only, Rebel Bakehouse is partnering with Del Union (El Union’s branch in Metro Manila) for an exclusive pastry, the Drunk Orxata Flan!
Rebel Bakehouse’s pop-up, located on the first floor of The Podium Mall, offers this delectable pastry along with El Union’s famous beverages.
The Drunk Orxata Flan (P230) is a delight for the tastebuds. The pastry is perfectly baked and crisp with each bite, while the flan in the center is velvety and melts in your mouth.
For beverages, we tried El Union’s Classic Orxata (P190) and the Dirty Champorado (P230). The Classic Orxata was refreshing and sweet, while the Dirty Champorado had rich notes of tablea chocolate that were simply delicious!

Visit them on the 3rd floor of the Fully Booked building in BGC. They’re open from Sunday to Thursday, 11 am to 10 pm, and from Friday to Saturday, 10 am to 11 pm.
