Flossom Kitchen + Cafe – Sta. Lucia

They may have just opened, but Flossom Kitchen + Cafe is already becoming a favorite in the San Juan area. They mainly offer all-day breakfast (as well as salads, pastries, and coffee) but  they’ll soon be adding charcuterie boards and wines to their menu. Flossom’s Buttermilk Chicken consists of two herb-crusted chicken thighs, Cajun rice, coleslaw, and bacon gravy. It’s also served with maple syrup on the side for those who look for the balance of that sweet and salty combination.
