Food parks are the it locations for foodies who want to taste something different while dining al fresco at a beautiful location. What’s exciting about these small restaurant stalls is the variety of concepts which we thought were only available in the US or just simply too crazy to sell here in Manila. Today we want to highlight a sandwich/burger hybrid that hails from one of the newest food parks in Quezon City.
Brook’s Burgers & Comfort Food
Brook’s Burgers is a food stall located inside the One Fifty Food Place food park in Maginhawa. They serve grilled cheese burgers, chimichangas, and other comfort food selections. It’s owned by a couple of dudes who all appreciate the simple joys of eating greasy burgers and drinking good booze.
The 150 Maginhawa Food Park currently houses 12 unique vendors that each cater to a specific kind of specialty/cuisine. Brook’s, which is short for Brooklyn, was the last one to open shop inside the compound. Fun fact: Brooks’ chef actually specializes in French cuisine!

Beef Chimichanga
Deep fried burritos with a generous drizzle of garlic sauce and topped with either beef or chicken.
Old Fashioned Cheese Burger
1/3 lb pure beef patty, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese sauce, sesame seed buns. All sandwiches come with a side of thick cut, skin-on french fries.
Grilled Cheese Sandwich Burger
The star of the show: 1/3 lb pure beef patty sandwiched in between two fresh grilled cheese sandwiches infused with cheddar and mozzarella. Comes with a side of fries and their homemade marinara sauce.
You can also order the plain cheese sandwiches for only P110, platters all come with plain fries and can be upgraded to their Signature Fries for P20. All of the items on Brook’s menu are priced below P200 and are good for sharing.
