Here are some must-try dishes on Azadore’s menu, including recommendations from the Booky Team and Chef Tatung himself!

Truffle Chips (P380)

Start the feast with something light: Azadore’s Truffle Chips. Their housemade potato chips are fried to perfection, topped with Pecorino romano cheese. This truffle-flavored crispy starter is also chef-recommended—and the Booky Team loved it, too!

Azadore Salad (P820)

Enjoy your greens with Azadore Salad: a mix of greens, romaine, burrata, grilled vegetables, cherry tomatoes, chimichurri, and honey balsamic vinaigrette—all on one healthy plate! Even those who don’t usually fancy greens should give it a try.

Ceviche Mixto (P650)

Take your palate on a journey to the West with Azadore’s Ceviche Mixto. This dish combines squid, shrimp, tuna, and octopus with onion, corn, and bell peppers, served alongside crunchy corn nachos. The squid and octopus are perfectly tender, while the tuna cubes are juicy as they soak up the leche de tigre dressing.

Creamy Three Mushroom Truffle (P490)

Azadore is also a haven for pasta lovers. We sampled their Creamy Three Mushroom Truffle, which includes penne pasta, mixed mushrooms, cream, and the star ingredient—truffle oil.

Gambas Pizza (P980)

Yes, Azadore also serves pizza, but it’s not just your regular pizza. We tried the Gambas Pizza, featuring a soffrito base, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, garlic confit, green chili, and seasoned oil. The twist? It’s topped with shrimp—a flavorful addition that doesn’t overpower the rest of the ingredients.

Azadore’s Classic Fried Chicken (P670)

Only a few places can truly nail a dish as simple as fried chicken, but Azadore’s Classic Fried Chicken does just that! It’s not only crunchy on the outside but also ridiculously juicy and tender on the inside. The Booky Team couldn’t get enough of it, and honestly, it’s so good you can skip the gravy!

The best part? It’s boneless! Plus, you can enjoy it with a side of coleslaw.

Paella Mixta (P1,200)

When you visit Azadore, don’t ever—like, ever—miss out on their Paella dishes. We tried the Paella Mixta, a heavenly mix of chicken, shrimp, clams, smoked chorizo sausage, French beans, and bell peppers. A spoonful of this paella is like a fiesta in your mouth—especially when you get to scrape the bottom of the pan. The crisp texture of the tutong—the toasted part at the bottom—is just the cherry on top.

Te Frio Lemon (P250) and Te Frio Basil (P250)

Their house signatures are the perfect way to wash down the flavorful dishes. If you’re in the mood for something familiar, try Te Frio Lemon, Azadore’s signature iced tea. For a unique twist, go for Te Frio Basil, their signature basil iced tea.

Clara Azul and HF-75

Still off the menu (but coming soon!), Clara Azul and HF-75 are must-try beverages from Azadore. Clara Azul brings to mind the taste of jelly candies (the ones with those tricky peel-off containers). It’s a perfect sweet treat to enjoy after a flavorful feast.

HF-75 is a refreshingly stylish drink, ideal for unwinding after a long day of work (and, of course, after a scrumptious meal at Azadore).
