It’s been a long time coming, but thanks to the box-office success of  Crazy Rich Asians, many of us have finally gotten a taste of representasian.

Mai Wei Fang

Mai Wei Fang means “wheat mill room.” This quick-service, casual eatery is focused on serving wheat flour-based dishes found throughout northern China. They’re said to be the first in the Philippines offering pan fried soup dumplings (Sheng Jian Bao), originating from Shanghai.
