Miso Happy – City Golf Plaza
Miso Happy is a hole-in-the-wall ramen joint in City Golf Plaza. Because it’s sandwiched between Uncle Moe’s Shawarma Hub and Frankie’s New York Buffalo Wings, it’s often unjustly under-looked. Tori Ichi Yakitori and Bar – Ayala Malls The 30th
This restaurant from Kyoto specializes in kushiyaki or skewered and grilled food. One of their much-talked-about creations is the bacon-wrapped mochi but their best-seller and undisputed specialty is, of course, the yakitori. The chicken is perfectly seasoned and cooked over Japanese binchōtan (white charcoal) which gives the meat the right amount of smokiness. True to its roots in izakaya-style dining, they also offer different variants of sake and beer.
