Hokkaido Ramen Santouka

It’s going to be, wait for it, legendary! Introducing Hokkaido Ramen Santouka, a legendary branch from Japan that’s been offering the same family recipe since 1988.

Try out their signature ramen, the Shio Ramen, and get a taste of pork broth seasoned with salt that’ll pleasantly surprise you with its mild flavor and slightly creamy texture.

Mendokoro Ramenba

At this Ramen House, you’ll not only get an intimate dining experience but also a show.

You can watch as they make your bowl of ramen in their open kitchen while you sit in the middle of the bar waiting for their expertly crafted specialty ramen with hot broth that you’ll enjoy slurping.

Hanamaruken Ramen

A newly opened restaurant at Century City Mall, Hanamaruken Ramen is anything but new but in a good way. In fact, this restaurant is a decades-old mom-n-pop ramen chain that hails from the streets of Osaka, Japan.

Their signature “Happiness Ramen”, Takaku Arakuwa’s Ramen masterpiece, is a shoyu tonkotsu broth ramen topped with tender, slow-braised custom cut soft bone pork rib.
