Zubuchon – SM Megamall
One of Cebu’s most famous culinary exports, Zubuchon has been a favorite of the Mandaluyong food scene since its doors opened in SM Megamall. Bestsellers include the Zubuchon sisig and Sinuglaw, but the star of the show is, of course, the Zubuchon lechon. The late, great Anthony Bourdain dubbed the lechon as “the best pig ever”, and we think we should just leave it at that.
