Fake toned legs and arms by dusting bronzer at the sides and where your natural muscle lines show. Just make sure you blend it in really well and avoid wearing light colors so the makeup doesn’t transfer and give your illusion away. Speaking of avoiding certain colors…

3. Wear Dark Clothing

Dark clothing is famous for creating the illusion of a svelte figure. Plus, since you’re wearing a dark color, it’s easier for you to hide in the dark where no one can see you (Please only use tactic for emergencies)! So, stock up on those navy blues, charcoal grays, and blacks, stat!

Do it like Kim Kardashian and hide pesky love handles with the help of body shapers. Pros: smooths out the bilbil, makes you look like you have a smaller waist, provides support and helps improve your posture. Cons: uncomfortable, cannot eat as much lechon.

Channel your inner fashion influencer! Learn how to create a good silhouette by figuring out proportions that work for your body type. Some universally flattering tips:

  • Wear a top with a V-neckline. It draws the eyes up instead of the focal point being your midsection.
  • Wear dark jeans that don’t have fading or embellishments, and settle for a cigarette cut. This makes you look taller and more streamlined.
  • Avoid shiny and clingy fabrics. Shine emphasizes curves and clingy fabrics sometimes cling to the wrong curves! Stick to a matte fabric like cotton instead.

Many fashion pros say wearing nude heels elongate your body and create the illusion of height. Aside from its lengthening properties, nude heels go with so many outfits so really, you’re just being practical by investing in a pair.
