*Please refrain from sitting on the tables" Doing so can throw billiard tables off balance causing to loosen and scratch the finish. Please use the bridge for any shot you cannot play from a standing position.
*Take care of the equipment* Do not lean, bend or treat the cues in a manner other than for normal play. This causes the cues to warp and affect game play.
*Avoid leaning excessively on the table* Excessive leaning or placing full body weight on the table may misalign the table setting.
*Jump or Mase shots are not allowed* While exciting and cool, this may damage the table's felt, warp the cur or break the tips.

Reservations require a minimum of either:
One (1) lane for Two (2) hours of use or
Two (2 ) lanes for One (1) hour of use
Friday - Sunday & Holidays:
A minimum of Two (2) lanes for Two (2) hours of use is required to reserve.
For Three (3) Lanes and above:
A minimum of two (2) hours use of lanes is required.
A consumable amount for food and drinks equal to at least twice the lane rental value will apply.
Ex. Three (3) lanes for two (2) hours (10800.00) will require a food and beverage consumable of 21600.00 subject to a 10% service charge
Reservations of Fifteen (15) Guests and Above
For groups exceeding 15 guests, an additional rate will apply. This amount is fully consumable for food and drinks.

A non-refundable fifty percent (50%) down payment is required at least three (3) days prior to the reservation date. The down payment remains non-refundable if cancellation is made less than three (3) days before the reservation.
Any changes must be made at least three (3) days prior to your reservation date and will only be considered final upon confirmation from Studio 300.
Reservations are only considered confirmed once the down payment has been received and acknowledged by Studio 300. No confirmed appointment means no reservation.
Guests are required to arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes before their scheduled reservation. Bowling timers will strictly start at the confirmed reservation time, with or without the guests present, and will be considered the official start of the reservation.
