Paper Moon Cafe is a Japanese dessert shop serving the famous Mille Crepe Cakes of Emy Wada, Tokyo's Grand Dame of Specialty Cakes and founder of Lady M in New York City. These handmade paper thin 20-layered crepe cakes are available in mini, medium and large sizes. It is a partnership between Madame Emy and Mille Crepe Cake fan, Vic del Rosario of Viva Entertainment.
