Main Course
Surasang or the "King's Meal" is a traditional Korean dining concept that refers to a full-course meal featuring a wide variety of main and side dishes exclusively served to royals and aristocrats of the Joseon dynasty.

Doenjang Jjigae
A type of stew made by mixing soybean paste into boiling broth and adding various ingredients, including seafood, vegetables, tofu, and mushrooms.
Roya Modeum Jeon
A Korean dish made by pouring oil into a frying pan and frying various ingredients. It is often served during holidays (Lunar New Year, Chuseok).
Dakgalbi
A Korean dish in which chicken breast and drumstick with vegetables are marinated in spicy seasoning and stir-fried on an iron plate.

Steamed pork ribs made by adding potatoes, carrots, and green onions, adding spicy seasoning, pouring broth, and steaming. It is a dish typically served on holidays or banquets.
Seoul-style Bulgogi
Thinly sliced beef is marinated in soy sauce then grilled with various vegetables and glass noodles. Bulgogi, which foreigners think of as Korean Wave food, is also the bulgogi of this recipe.
