Milky Way Cafe opened back in 2002, but was originally an ice cream shop that was established way back in the 1960s. They serve traditional Filipino dishes, such as Baby Crispy Pata, Kare-Kare, and Tokwa't Baboy. Since they started out by serving ice cream, you definitely wouldn't want to leave without ordering some dessert!
