Kabigting's Halo-Halo began as a small carinderia in Arayat, Pampanga. What makes their halo-halo different from what you usually get is that they only have three main ingredients: kidney beans, jalea, and cream corn. This results in a perfectly sweet dessert that doesn't overwhelm your tastebuds.
