CDP Global Table is the product of a friendship among three ladies and restauranteurs Malou Montano Fores, Katrina Kuhn Alcantara and Kristine del Gallego Locsin and the inspirations they gained from their travels abroad. Paris, New York and Manila are the three key cities that influence CDP from the major details such as the food and interiors to the smaller dishes like the copper mugs and menu design.
